Pay: Starting at $18.50/hr + Commission

We are a growing commercial cleaning and post-construction cleaning company serving Hampton Roads. As a service-disabled-owned and SWAM-certified business, we take pride in delivering top-quality cleaning services to construction firms, property management companies, and real estate professionals. We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Specialist to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning and post-construction cleaning sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, construction companies, and business owners.
  • Conduct sales calls, both cold and warm, to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their cleaning needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend networking events and industry trade shows to build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, commercial cleaning, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable transportation for client meetings (mileage reimbursement available).

Compensation & Benefits:
